This shipment will arrive and undergo packaging inspection and individual product handling services before being forwarded onward to Amazon. Please use the "Additional Notes/Comments" section to clarify or elaborate any other important information. We will review your application and be able to assist should you have any updates or questions following submission.
  • This is the name your product will be listed as in Amazon or your alternate marketplace.
  • The total number of shipping cartons we can expect to receive.
  • The total number of items within each shipping carton we can expect to receive.
  • The total number of items you have purchased from your supplier.
  • The total number of different products in your shipment. For example, rocks, bricks, and wooden boards would be a total of 3 Sku's.
  • Case-packed means all of the same items are packaged together. (only rocks) Individually packed means you will have different products in one shipping carton, ( a rock and a brick)
  • This is spare packaging to allow us to easily replace any items we discover with damaged packaging.
  • This must be provided if FBA Inspection may receive your duty fee invoice. This is helpful should FBA Inspection have difficulty identifying your shipment. We will not contact your manufacturer or supplier for any reason.
  • Shipments commercially valued in excess of $800.00 USD will have importing fees known as "duty fees". By default, these fees are sent to your receiving party.
